2 DAYS GREW INTO 2 WEEKS AT HOTEL HELICONIA

Who was the only person on the beach?

.
Coffeebreak with "El Tute Cafe"

Flor de Jamaica

Abuelo, took this picture from the third Rancho, just after breakfast.

We had a quick lunch at Restaurante Cielo Zulis

TV antenna, all the way on top of the bamboo

Rio Malena, do you see the crocodiles coming? Well is was the high tide moving in.

Had some rain on the beach, strange the rain is cooler than the air and the sea

The inside breakfastroom

Dad  at the kitchen rancho.
Wish I took more pictures of the Ranchos, but I was to busy with looking at butterflies, hummingbirds and other birds and flowers.

And the kitchen where Loes makes her great dinners.  I made banana bread, lemon squares and Bretonse koek in her kitchen.

Rara Tungara, taken sitting on glass.

Malachite butterfly, the same as the picture with my pink Birkenstock

Orange Tip

 Tungara Fishfrogs

Heliconia Julia

Last 6 pictures were not mine, but great shots taken by Loes from the Heleconia Lodge in Veraguas
